Toddler Story Time At BPC Library! Spend the afternoon with your children at the Battery Park City Library! Join the librarian as she shares lively picture books, finger play, and action songs for your toddlers! This event is first come-first served, so just show up on time for some fun!

The New York Public Library offers free public classes, programs, and exhibitions at its 91 locations in the Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island.
