Join us at the Washington Market Park Annual Halloween Parade and Party. Join your neighbors and residents of Lower Manhattan at this family-friendly event, in the heart of Tribeca. Free activities for the whole family, including live music, games and prizes. This fun event is hosted by the Friends of Washington Market Park and is a highlight for many kids in Lower Manhattan.
