The NY Public Library celebrates Dr. Seuss' Birthday! The NY Public Library celebrates Dr. Seuss’ Birthday! Enjoy story time and arts and crafts with local children as the library celebrates a very special day in lower Manhattan. Bring your library card and check out some of our favorites, such as “Green Eggs and Ham”, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go” and “Horton Hears a Who”! Bring the kids for an afternoon of fun with books.
