Sushi Class for Young Chefs. Introduce your young chefs to the fine art of sushi making at Suteishi at the Old Seaport. The tradition of sushi making has been passed down from generation to generation and now children in Lower Manhattan will have the chance to learn the basics of sushi, practice creating maki rolls and they will also be able to enjoy their yummy creations.
