Sage Fitness now in FiDi and offering Monday for Moms Promotions this Winter

Since 1998, Sage Fitness® is dedicated to quality movement education. We offer Pilates, GYROTONIC®, TRX, Indian Club Swinging, Kettle Bells, and Functional Conditioning. We specialize in teaching individually tailored routines for all levels. Students will get a challenging and safe session.
Goals addressed are:
- Physical balance
- Strength & flexibility
- Posture & alignment
- Asymmetries, imbalances, structural weaknesses
- Past or current injuries
Private one-on-one training, duets and small classes (6 people or less) can be booked through info@sagefitness.com.
