PopFit K!ds…FREE Trial Class for FiDi Families!

PopFit K!ds is a fantastic program designed to get kids moving. Activities will include circuits, drills, dynamic movement, yoga, games and nutrition.  Join the fun at Church Street Boxing for an 8-week FUNctional Fitness extravaganza. CAUTION: Your kids may go to sleep early from all the fun they have with PopFit K!ds.
