Open Play at South Street Seaport Museum

The South Street Seaport Museum is excited to announce open play for kids! During Open Play parents/caregivers and their children can stop by the Museum to use the miniMATES space as their playroom. Children can enjoy having a large space to explore and a variety of toys to use (including a large dramatic play tugboat and a sand sensory table!), all while making new friends in the South Street Seaport/downtown neighborhood. Families must complete an Open Play registration form before their child can use the play space. Children must also be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Date: Monday’s, Wednesday’s, Thursday’s 

Time: 10a – 1a Monday, 2p – 5p Wednesday and Thursday

Location: 12 Fulton Street – South Street Seaport Museum

Age(s): 18 mo – 4 years

Fee: An Open Play Club Card, good for the whole month costs $150 ($120 for each additional child), The drop-in price is $25/day ($20 for each additional child).
