The NYC Unicycle Festival is wheeling its way to Governors Island for the Labor Day weekend. They will be hosting a ton of kid friendly activities for kids of all ages and a variety of unicycle sports including unicycle basketball and hockey, and watch some world-famous riders as they display their skills. Enjoy unicycle basketball, hockey and sumo. Plus, some lucky daredevils will even have a chance to try riding one of their unicycles. Wear your helmet!

FiDi Families Insiders: The Ferry out of the Maritime building is $2 and begins service at 10am. If you are traveling with a stroller, hop onto the bike line (its faster).

here is a $2 round trip fare for adults and children over the age of 12.
There is no fare on 10 AM, 11 AM and 11:30 AM ferries from Manhattan on Saturdays and Sundays. There is also no fare on the 11 AM and 11:30 AM ferry from Brooklyn on Saturdays and Sundays. These ferries are free to all.
