Not Lion Around Dance Class and Sports Classes. FiDi Families is super excited to announce a new program for kids in lower Manhattan…Not Lion Around. The duo behind super successful programs for kids, including after school programming have ventured south and introducing kids of all ages to dance and sports in a fun and interactive way. As part of their March Madness promotion, kids can try a free trial class to explore their programs and meet their great instructors, before signing up for the regular sessions.
Dance Classes (FREE). Not Lion AroundTM Dance Program seeks out the very best instructors who teach in citywide locations including Tribeca. The facility offers the city’s most popular and professional dance teachers who seek to continue to build strong dancers and dance enthusiasts through a fun and encouraging atmosphere. All classes end with an in class recital for friends and family. More advanced classes are featured in a recital and there are industry days for those seeking a professional track who are ready to audition. All levels and talents welcome. Very young children have found a warm and supportive home to develop their proper skills with their highly trained staff who are trained in all levels of dance education with a special focus on early and lower school education. All classes are fun and nurturing and cover a wide variety of styles. Our Hip Hop dancers can be seen on commercials and prime time television. In addition, if there is a dance group of five+ students, they will supply your group with a complimentary demo class now through June 2014.
Sports Classes (FREE). Not Lion Around™ Sports program objective is to provide sports activities spanning all levels of athletic skill. Their blend of traditional sports and cooperative learning techniques engages all children in a fun filled, athletic and social environment. They will use their ‘Skills, Drills and Thrills’ method to help each child and team advance to the next level. In addition, they break down each sport class into a few fundamental skills, practice them with fun exciting drills, then conclude with a thrilling game so children can see immediate improvement. Children at Not Lion Around™ mature into confident players and positive members of a group or team. Join FiDi Families for some fun this Winter in Tribeca.
