New Amsterdam Market on Sunday, October 21st

New Amsterdam Market takes place every Sunday, rain or shine, at the old Fulton Fish Market. It’s a great venue to take your kids to and learn about sustainable farming, supporting local farmers and enjoying a historic section of Lower Manhattan. There are always lots of yummy goodies for both kids and parents alike.

On Sunday, October 21st, Chef Will Griffin, formerly at Lincoln Ristorante and co-founder of I8NY, will lead a Basic Knife Skills Class. In this introductory class he will share the tips and skills that professional cooks use in their kitchens. Participants must register via the New Amsterdam website.
