Luis is a life long New Yorker. He has been a real estate agent for nearly 20 years and is currently with Keller Williams. 5 years ago he created the FiDi Fan Page on FB and continues to share his knowledge of real estate and Lower Manhattan with his regular updates. He is also involved in local politics and continues to advocate for the neighborhood through his involvement with the CB1, Downtown Dog Run and the newly formed Financial District Neighborhood Association.
Born in the Bronx, raised in Queens, and resident of Manhattan for the last 25 years. With an Accounting Degree he did the corporate thing for 15 years working at CBS, Telemundo, and Citibank before finding his true calling when he became a Real Estate Agent. He is now an Associate Broker with Keller Williams. In 2007, he wanted to be part of the revival in the Financial District and bought a home with his husband on John Street. Luis is also a periodic contributor to Downtown Magazine and Downtown Express.
