Local Roots NYC’s Pop-Up Thanksgiving CSA will have something for you, offering local fresh, hormone-and antibiotic-free turkeys, naturally grown vegetables, farm pressed apple cider, maple glazed ham, pasture raised chickens, a turkey brining kit from Fleishers, or specialty handmade pies like Bourbon Ginger Pecan or Caramel Apple baked by Butter and Scotch in Crown Heights. The vegetable option will include broccoli, celery, sweet potatoes, butternut squash and more to make your favorite Thanksgiving side dishes.
