Our thoughts and prayers goes out to all of our friends and neighbors who have been impacted by Hurricane Sandy. We toured the South Street Seaport on Tuesday and discovered our neighborhood was hit extremely hard. We hope to see some of our favorite spots return sooner than later, such as the Salty Paw and the Paris Cafe. Many of the commercial spaces in FiDi were affected as well including the new Starbucks on Water/John Street and SuperDry and Ann Taylor. The area around Hanover Square and Stone Street were heavily damaged. Our thoughts go out to the folks of Harry’s of Hanover and all of the fantastic establishments throughout FiDi.
