FiDi Families has a date-night event for parents, but it begins early so it’s parent-friendly!
Cooking with heat doesn’t always refer to the temperature of the grill/over. Enjoy a fun night out with your FiDi friends and NYC chefs as they showcase the unique and unusual ways they use heat in their cooking. Better yet, wet your whistle with complimentary drinks provided by Stella Artois, Stella Artois Cidre, Four Roses Bourbon, Rhum Clement, Merlet Spirits Creme Liqueurs and the Bay Handcrafted Vodka. And, the ultimate night out includes live music and New York-based artist R. McCarthy as he uses a lighter to paint with fire. There will be free hot-sauce samplings and giveaways, including a chance to win R. McCarthy’s one-of-a-kind “Burning.”
