Harvest Festival at The Battery Urban Farm. The Battery Urban Farm has been offering amazing children’s programming for the last couple of years. One of the events that we look forward to is the annual Harvest Festival. The event celebrates student farmers and all of the lessons, education and experiences that they learned as Urban Farmers. There are a ton of fun activities geared towards kids including scavenger hunts, arts & crafts, face painting, potato sack races, farm tours, live music and refreshments from local and artisan vendors. Celebrate farming, nature and living in lower Manhattan with the Battery Urban Farm.
