The Seaport Community Coalition is hosting a Halloween trick – or – treat evening, tonight at 6pm. So, grab the kids, dress in your Halloween finest and meet your friends and neighbors in the oldest neighborhood in NYC! Maps with a list of participating merchants will be handed out at the Fish Bridge Garden.
