Halloween Kidz Karnival

Halloween Kidz Karnival. Pier 26 will be transformed into “Halloween Central” with fun, family friendly attractions for kids of all ages. Enjoy an afternoon of magic by Kid Ace! and interactive storytelling with Story Pirates. There will be face painting, cotton candy, ride, and more. There will be a costume contest sponsored by Delta.
