Frank Stella Family Day. Come celebrate the exhibition Frank Stella: A Retrospective. Stella’s work includes colorful shapes and will be in collaboration with artist, McKendree Key, will build a mega-sized marble run.
At this event, you and your family will learn about the work by participating in gallery tours, art making workshops, and by picking up a free Kids Activity Guide or Multimedia Guide. 9:30a – 10:30a will be the best times for families. No registration is required, just drop in and enjoy!. Select activities are open until 3 p.
The Museum will present a career retrospective of Frank Stella, one of the most important living American artists. This exhibit will feature his work form the mid-1950s to the present through 120 works. In collaboration with the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and the Whitney, this exhibition will feature Stella’s best-known works and rare examples from around the world.
