Fields Good Chicken is OPEN for Take Out + Delivery and Giving Back to Frontline Workers

Good News FiDi: Fields Good Chicken has re-opened.

Fields Good Chicken has re-opened! The FiDi outpost is located at 101 Maiden Lane. This delicious chicken-centric destination is not only open for take out and delivery, but also supporting frontline workers and giving back to the community.

New delivery + Takeout Options: Knowing that New Yorkers are in need of comforting meals right now, FGC’s director of culinary Dan Jackson developed a new Family Meal package which includes the guest’s choice of chicken, a variety of sides, salad, cornbread, and sauces for $48 (the meal can feed 5-6 people but is great for someone solo or a couple to order and enjoy as leftovers for a few days).

Making a Positive Impact: Fields Good Chicken mission has been to make a positive impact. When founder and CEO Field Failing was in the hospital a few weeks back with his wife who was giving birth to their second son, he was inspired by the medical workers on the frontline fighting the virus. He sprung into action and worked with FGC’s catering team to proactively reach out to hospitals in Manhattan to coordinate complimentary deliveries. To date, the team has served over 3,000 medical workers. Using their existing catering infrastructure to feed folks on the frontlines also led to overwhelming support from guests who wanted to get involved, so the team launched Birds for Good, a donation platform to support the hospital deliveries.

There are two locations open for business: FiDi (101 Maiden Lane) and Union Square (24 East 12th Street). Both locations are offering lunch and dinner pick-up and contactless delivery via Seamless, GrubHub, UberEats, and the Fields Good Chicken app.
