Thank you to all of our amazing FiDiFamilies for joining us for a daytime Halloween celebration at the Seaport. We can’t wait to see all of your amazing costumes tomorrow, Sunday, October 30th!
Celebrate Halloween with the kids at our annual daytime Halloween festival at the historic Seaport District. The event is hosted by FiDi Families and sponsored by the Howard Hughes Corporation and New York Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital.
We are excited to announce a special Mad Science show to kick off the event. Activities include kid-friendly concert with “Ramblin’ Dan & the Freewheelin’ Band as well as Play-Well Teknologies, which will offer free Lego brick building activities. NYC’s most unique kids class website Nory.co will be on hand, helping kids create traditional Korean masks, too.
There will also be fun, kid-friendly activities with our event partners and complimentary snacks from GoGo squeeZ, Honest Tea, Happy Family, JUST Water & Insomnia Cookies, as well as candy from Jubilee Marketplace.
A children’s pumpkin station will be available (while supplies last), to take home. Attendees are encouraged to dress in costume and to spend the day at the historic Seaport District to dine and shop.
SCHEDULE:
11am – 11:30am > Mad Science on stage with a kids show for all ages
12:30pm – 1:15pm> Musical performance by Ramblin’ Dan & the Freewheelin’ Band
1:30pm – Free raffle for a Mad Science Birthday Party
11am – 2pm > Pumpkin decorating (while supplies last), kids activities, complimentary snack booths and raffle
