Eataly Kids Kitchen: Roman Street Food- Suppli

Book your spot at Eataly’s Foodiversità, otherwise known as their Food University. This is where the Eataly Ambassadors lead hands-on cooking classes for young aspiring chefs. Join the chef on January 11th, to make Suppli Al Telefono. This delicious fried food from Rome looks like a telephone from the long line of melted mozzarella cheese as you pull it apart. Talk about playing with your food!  In this Kid’s Kitchen class, will young chefs will get the opportunity to learn about the history and process of making one of the most loved Italian street foods, suppli (fried rice balls filled with fresh mozzarella cheese)!  Each child will learn about the street food staple in Rome, and create their own in this guided hands-on experience. While individual creations fry to perfection, kid’s will get to watch our experts stretch mozzarella at our Mozzarella Lab!
