Calling all parents and daughters! You are invited to a special event put on by Body Conceptions, a unique studio to sculpt people like dancers by taking a mix of classes right in our very own city! Body Conceptions is partnering up with Girls Leadership, Arden Greenspan and Athleta to put on a special transformative and empowering fitness morning for parents and their daughters. The purpose of the event is to help girls express themselves and build confidence; what better way than with parent-daughter activities and discussions with professionals.
