Bike NYCBike NY and Learn to Ride. Head over to Pier 36 on the East River for a fun day with the kids, teaching them how to ride a bike. A rite of passage for every child and parent. Bike New York instructors help parents teach their kids how to balance, pedal, start, stop, and steer a bicycle. Registration required.
