Battery Park City Library Arts and Crafts. The folks at the BPC Library have begun a series of fun classes for kids in the neighborhood and FiDi Families is having a blast. It’s a “Crafternoon” event for kids who know how to use scissors! It is the destination for children who are ready to work on holiday themed arts and crafts.
