Calling all kids interested in learning basketball basics like dribbling and passing with an emphasis on fun. Kids are encouraged to have fun and play with their friends, with adjustable hoops to accommodate kids of all sizes. Fun is emphasized over competition. Led by Parks Programming leaders, children do drills and play games to improve their skills. Close-toed shoes required.
Date: Monday’s (through October, except 5/27, 9/02, 10/14)
Session 1: 2:45p – 3:15p for ages: 3 – 4 years old
Session 2: 3:30p – 4:15p for ages: 5 – 6 years old
Session 3: 4:30p – 5:15p for ages: 7 and older
Location: Basketball courts at Nelson A. Rockefeller Park (located between Warren & Murray)
