Animal Habitats at the New Amsterdam Library
Animal Habitats at the New Amsterdam Library. The New Amsterdam Library has been hosting children’s programming for years and it’s a great way to introduce your children to the public library system. Kids can enjoy interactive stories, action songs, fingerplays, and spend time with other toddlers from the neighborhood. Story time is a great way to encourage listening skills, vocabulary and imagination. No reservation is required and the library has easy stroller access. Join FiDi Families at their newest offering “Animal Habitats”. Kids will have the chance to learn about different environments such as the rainforest, desert, solar system and mountains and explore what kinds of animals and insects live there. Presented by the Children’s Museum of Manhattan. Support your local library!
