To celebrate the holiday’s, the Lower Manhattan Democrats want to bring some cheer to the South Street Seaport where businesses are just recovering from Hurricane Sandy. Take this opportunity to mingle with neighbors, regardless of your political persuasion and help support a fantastic wine shop and event space.
