Storytime at the Battery Park Library. The Battery Park City Branch is New York Public Library’s first green LEED certified branch in Manhattan. The Battery Park City Library hosts a weekly Baby Story Time and it’s a great way to introduce infants and the under-2 set to the joy of reading books. Listeners can enjoy great books, lively songs and rhymes, and meet other babies from the neighborhood. Story time is a great way to encourage listening skills, vocabulary and imagination.There are two sessions offered, both free of charge.
