Today would have been the 8th annual 9/11 Memorial & Museum 5kRun/Walk and Community Day in Lower Manhattan. It is an incredible event that we look forward to, every year. However, instead of hosting this amazing event, the 9/11 Memorial is encouraging families to show their support of frontline workers by decorating a Star of Hope. Download the printable HERE (link in our bio) and be sure to tag #StarsofHope to show your support.
- Print out the Stars of HOPE paper template
- Create your Star of HOPE using markers, crayons, pastels, chalks, and fun glittery stuff.
- If you don’t have a printer, you can still create a virtual Star. Save the PDF below to your phone or desktop to “mark up” or use a program like Paint or Photoshop. Or just draw your own!
- Post pictures of your Stars of HOPE on social media. Be sure to tag and share on Instagram or Facebook @911Memorial or Twitter @Sept11Memorial.
