Children born in 2016 can apply to NYC’s FREE Pre-K program by March 16, 2020. There are about a dozen Pre-K options for 4 years, including half-day and full-day options, at Pre-K’s at Elementary Schools, as stand along Pre-K Centers, and even at daycares. Downtown Manhattan has a great variety of options.
