Classes will each include:
*An awesome workout (yoga, pilates, resistance training & more)
*Nutrition coaching (become more aware of your eating habits and then take actions steps to shift your eating to a healthier place)
* Restoration (guided relaxation, meditation and stretches to rejuvenate and restore the body and mind)
* Breath work (De-Stress breath techniques to practice on and off the matt so you can find a little more balance in your day-to-day life)
