Join FiDi Families in supporting this great charity and give back to families in need with the Angel Tree Toy Drive!
The Salvation Army Angel Tree holiday program provides new clothing and toys for local children in need. Specifically, we are supporting the 14th Street Salvation Army location, which serves children and families from 23rd Street to South Ferry. After a child has been registered as an Angel, The Salvation Army makes a promise to provide Christmas for them by fulfilling their wish list. This year, no individual gifts on the wish list should exceed $30. Please note this change in Salvation Army policy from previous years when some gift requests could be lofty.
Once you contact us, you will be assigned a child, along with their wish list. Please adhere to this list as these may be the only gifts the Angel children receive this year. We want every child to have what they’re hoping for on Christmas morning so if for any reason you cannot complete their entire request, please let us know. Conversely, If you want to send extra new toys or clothes please feel free, as there is no shortage of need.
Last year we supported over 100 children; we are the #1 contributor of Christmas list sponsorships at the 14th Street Salvation Army and we want to make sure we better ourselves and raise the bar every year!
All gifts are due by December 11 at 15 Broad Street!
