Bring a mat, towel and water bottle. Please come ready to workout as the park does not have changing rooms. There will be limited space for purses and bags as we are outside and no locker rooms are available. Water and restrooms are available.

Join Annette, Keri and Barre TriBeCa in a barre without the barre class. This class will overload and burn all your large and small muscle groups just like our in studio barre class. Without the barre, your body and mind will be pushed to their limits to strengthen, gain flexibility and balance. Flow through push ups, dips, planks, side planks, lunges, squats, balance challenges and isometric exercises.
