Little Water Radio Welcomes Savor and the Third Street Music School Settlement
 
 
We are excited to welcome the co-Founder of Savor, Jennifer McAllister-Nevins to Little Water Radio. She is the co-CEO of Savor, which includes a collection known as The Library, a handmade, book cloth-covered boxes are the antidote to the ugly plastic bin. It includes a great labeling system which makes organizing keepsakes easy, so they are kept accessible and enjoyed more. 
 
She is a former ACLU attorney with deep experience in fundraising for national organizations and in creating projects for milestone events. She’s the go-to person for clever and easy ideas.  University of Pennsylvania BA, Oxford MPhil, NYU Law School.  Mom to Liv, Lucy, and Theo.
 
Little Water Radio Welcomes Savor and the Third Street Music School Settlement
 
Our second half of our show will be with Valerie Lewis, the Executive Director of the Third Street Music School Settlement. In June 2014, Ms. Lewis joined Third Street and comes with experience in music education, community arts programming and non-profit development. Previously, she served as Executive Director of the Brooklyn Youth Chorus Academy, where she led a period of growth that took BYCA to new heights as a premier music academy and an artistic presenter, and was a founder of the River to River Festival. She received a BA in political science from the University of Delaware; MPA from the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College.
