Taste of Tribeca.
2017 marks the 23rd year of uniting the TriBeCa community at the annual Taste of Tribeca culinary festival. This fundraiser has been supporting local public schools, PS 150 and PS 234, for the last two decades – bringing together the community to support its future. The event, which will be on May 20, offers a chance to sample a variety of cuisines and tastes from almost 60 of the neighborhood’s best eateries, including Bâtard (2015 James Beard Award Best New Restaurant), Two Hands, Hank’s Juicy Beef, Tribeca Grill and many others.
Participants include Michelin star recipients Bouley and Brushstroke, Duane Park Patisserie, Gigino Trattoria, Tribeca Grill, and The Odeon, as well as Gunbae, Maman, and Rosa Mexicano.
The Beer and Cider Tour will be hosted by Church Publick, Reade Street Pub, The Hideaway, Warren 77 and more! Beers and ciders from returning participants include KelSo Beer Co., Gun Hill Brewing, Catskill Brewery, and The Bronx Brewery. New participating breweries include Sixpoint, Chatham Brewery, Original Sin Cider, Brooklyn Cider House, and Descendant Cider.
The General Tasting Cards provide six tastes from any of the participating restaurants. Premium seating includes includes reserved VIP seating for the duration of the event, personal food runners staffed by students from local high schools, and a gift bag from Taste of Tribeca sponsors. All tickets include wine and beer tours of neighborhood shops and pubs, live entertainment, and entry into the Kids’ Zone and a Sports Zone run by Manhattan Youth.
