Recently there have been a series of assaults and robberies in broad daylight in Lower Manhattan. We want to help downtowners feel safe and confident that they can protect themselves with some simple tools. Led by a FiDi dad and 5th Degree Black Belt instructor Shihan Ishmael Alvarado; hosted by FiDi Families and Maiden Lane Hospitality Group we want to invite the community to a special self defense workshop! Following the 60 minute class, the event will include a Q&A following the workshop, refreshments and a fun raffle as well as a class pass to Chaise Fitness. Invite your friends, get your tickets now!
