PAUSE/PLAY. The 14th Street Y and Down Jewish Life presents, PAUSE/PLAY. This innovative Saturday afternoon of Shabbat programming will be the final Pause/Play event this winter. Come enjoy recreational activities surrounding the theme of Purim Carnival. Come in costume for popcorn, cotton candy, balloons, and programming for the entire family.
Kids will enjoy art and science activities from New County Day Camp in the Citywill, GAGA Pit, and a MusicTalks concert. Children under 5 can join PJ Play! for story time, while adults enjoy hip-hop classes, mixology tastings, and chair yoga. The end of the day community wide carnival allows guests to show off their costumes in a Fashion Runway Show. Decorate your own crown to become Queen Esther while enjoying complimentary snacks and beverages!
