Registration has begun for the 9/11 Memorial’s Annual 5K Run/Walk and Community Day, which takes place on Sunday, April 28, 2019. Join the community in a special gathering to remember and represent the resilience of our city. The route begins in lower Manhattan and takes participants through scenic Battery Park with iconic views of One World Trade Center and the Statue of Liberty. The 5K Run/Walk finishes adjacent to the Memorial Plaza where Community Day takes place, which is an event free and open to the public featuring activities and entertainment for all ages.
