5th Annual Kidz Carnival…Come Celebrate Halloween at Pier 26 in Lower Manhattan

Get those finishing touches on your Halloween Costumes and meet FiDi Families at 5th Annual Kidz Carnival at the new location at Pier 26. Pier 26 transforms into Halloween Central with fun-filled attractions for the family. Dress up and join the crowd for face painting, mask decorating, wax hands, cotton candy, spin art, rides and more. In addition to these spooktacular activities, the Story Pirates will perform Halloween-themed improve shows throughout the day.
